Great experience here, first consultation was a group setting showing us how to use the machine. Follow up with my results and explaining everything and answering any questions I had whether it was regarding the results or if my insurance would cover the cost. Would recommend, everyone was great especially Svetlana.

A truly wonderful place with a caring and knowledgeable team. Svitlana, the sleep technician, has been absolutely amazing—she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. Yuliya at the front desk is also incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’m very grateful for the support I received here.

This is my opinion and honest review. It truly describes my experience as I remember it. Svetlana H. was a very poor therapist for me and almost seemed to be ridiculing me for not wanting to use the CPAP machine ( my left arm and side were injured and I was having trouble sleeping as is) and then insinuated I would die if I did not take treatment. She then tried to pressure me into signing a form saying I refused treatment. I did not sign. I few weeks later I sent Svetlana an email saying I would try the CPAP machine. She ignored my message. Throughout my meeting with her Svetlana looked at me with a sense of contempt and distain. Not a good experience. I want to add that I find it not impressive that Svetlana also seemed intent on me spending every last dollar my medical benefits offers for CPAP machines. I have very good insurance and benefits and between looks of contempt and displeasure Svetlana insisted on me testing buying the most expensive equipment offered. This occured in September 2025. I repeat all I say is true from my experience and opinion. Perhaps others will have a better experience dealing with this company but my experience was not good I recently spoke to the respiratory Doctor who was much more understanding and supportive. It's why I have the confidence to write this review month's later. It takes a pretty awful experience to post about this six month later. That's exactly what I experienced here.
