I am presently on the phone waiting now for 31 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. This is my 7th call to try to get a hold of someone. That’s just today. I have moved. I have sent an email a month ago requesting a cancellation. No reply. The two weeks ago I called and actually talked to someone and told her to cancel my services. She said she will forward the request to the department. That was 2 weeks ago!! I should of gotten a refund two weeks ago and then yesterday they charged me again. They’re pretty fast to set up an appointment for cameras but very slow to contact you or yet answer the phone. Talk about misleading, I called a different number this morning telling you to press 8 for more choices and it bring you back to the same selections! After this review I will reporting them to the Quebec consumer protection. Now also will have to call my bank and get charged to stop payment from this unprofessional company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Good thing my contract is done with this company!! I will be telling people to avoid if ever they want to listen to jazz music forever on their phone line!! And the non-responsive so called customer service!! Votre appel serai répondu sous peu!! What a joke!!

I consider to be misleading and unacceptable business practices. At the time of installation, the technician explicitly stated — multiple times — that my only obligation was to keep the company’s sign in front of my house for three months, and that I could cancel the service at any time. This representation directly influenced my decision to proceed. Since November 2025, the cameras have not functioned properly. Despite numerous attempts to obtain support, I was unable to reach anyone for several months. Calls result in excessive wait times, repeated transfers, and disconnections. Voicemails are not returned, and emails go unanswered. It took approximately four months to finally reach a representative. I am now being informed that I am bound by a five-year contract, which was never properly disclosed or explained at the time of installation. This is a material contradiction of what was presented to me and raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation. Furthermore, I am being asked to pay a cancellation fee of $900, despite the service being non-functional. I offered to return all equipment in good faith, but the company refused to accept it. When I raised the discrepancy between what was promised and what is now being enforced, I was told that such statements are part of their “techniques” to attract customers. This admission is deeply concerning and suggests a pattern of misleading sales practices. Based on the above, I strongly caution others to review all terms in detail and to be aware that verbal representations made during installation may not reflect the actual contractual obligations. I am currently considering further action through consumer protection channels. Don't trust this company!

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. My home alarm system has been non-functional for almost a month. I contacted them right away, received a ticket number, and was told a technician would call me to schedule a repair. No one ever did. I waited a full week, then tried to reach customer service multiple times. Each time, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. No follow-up, no accountability. Meanwhile, I was sent an invoice for a service I have NOT received. Charging customers for a non-working system is completely unacceptable. This is now my third attempt to get a response, and I am still being ignored. If you’re considering this company, be aware: once there’s a problem, getting help is nearly impossible. Extremely poor customer service and very frustrating experience.
