I have been to quite a few places in London and Sarnia. The experience I received here was excellent. Every aspect of information was covered especially on those complicated devices with the smart screens. The process was swift and in a timely fashion. Staff is very friendly, professional, and kind. I received follow up calls to make sure I was adjusting well to my CPAP. They were knowledgeable and helped me find solutions to the issues with my machine/mask. I always felt supported! Thank you all for your help!

My experience with Sleep Management Group has been great! From the actual sleep part to the guidance for my machine! They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I may have. They take the time to touch base with me and ask if I have any questions. They monitor my machine and accessories to make sure everything is functioning at optimal level. Always so helpful and great service! Definitely recommend for anyone with sleep apnea issues.
