Rafael was absolutely fantastic! I felt completely at ease in an unfamiliar environment. Starting my CPAP journey was making me feel overwhelmed. I will say the customer satisfaction is above par. I am new to the CPAP world so finding the right mask is a pain right now. I have nothing but good things to say about SleepEZ customer support. Rafael has been a great help. Had an issue with my mask. And a new one was sent out right away. And im in the US. Would definitely reccomend them to anyone for CPAP supplies.
