It is amazing to have a new local option for all my CPAP needs. Friendly, clean, easy to access. Infinity better than the other Burlington place.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, unless it was a really bad experience or an unbelievably great one. This was the latter, so I felt it was important to share. I’d been putting off buying a CPAP machine for a while. Like a lot of people, I’d heard the horror stories about bulky masks and loud machines, and I was convinced my wife would eventually have to move into the other room because of either my snoring or the noise from the device. My apnea had gotten so bad that she was waking me up in the middle of the night just to make sure I was still breathing. At that point, I knew I had no choice. While I was out one day, I drove past SleepNet and decided to stop in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was greeted right away by Kristina, who was more than happy to take the time to answer all my questions. She patiently walked me through the pros and cons of every machine and mask they carry. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and clearly cares about helping people. I felt zero pressure, just genuine concern and understanding. She asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. I ended up purchasing a CPAP machine that same day, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. After just three weeks, I’m sleeping so much better, I don’t snore at all, my breathing is dramatically improved, and most importantly, my wife is still happily sleeping in the same room with me. What really sets SleepNet apart is their ongoing support. They monitor your progress, and Kristina has called me every week to check in, see how I’m doing, and make any necessary adjustments from her end. She also told me to reach out anytime if I have questions. That level of care and follow up is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re on the fence about getting a CPAP, do yourself (and your partner) a favour and visit SleepNet. The difference is life changing. Highly recommend!
