Went in hoping to pick up a replacement water tank for my CPAP machine after forgetting mine on vacation. Turned out there are two similar models of my machine, which I hadn’t realized. Both the front and back staff took the time to actually look at my machine to figure out exactly which model I had and track down the correct part. Really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail — would highly recommend WellWise to anyone needing CPAP service or supplies.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however after the service I received, I had to come here and share! Excellent customer service!! Very knowledgeable and caring staff that went above and beyond for me and my mother. I urgently needed a rental transport chair right away. Unfortunately there wasn’t one in stock, however, the manager jumped in her car and said she would be back in 30 mins or so with one! Sure enough, 32 mins later she was back with one! She saved the day!! I will be back again and I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family! Thank you for your outstanding service!

If you need to deal with Sharada at Wellwise she is so thorough and detailed and pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with her. Wellwise itself is a reputable health care store and service place of bricks and mortar and inventory. Great to deal with. Highly recommended!!
