Pharmacy and staff itself were fantastic! Friendly and very accommodating filling my prescription in a timely manner because I was only in town for a couple of days. The only downside is parking in that area.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Tache Pharmacy and I feel it’s important to share this so other customers know what to expect. Monday: They received my prescription at around 3 PM. Even though they were open until 6 PM they refused to let me pick up my ointment that day saying it wouldn’t be available until the next day. This was already a red flag why wait a full day when the prescription was in hand and their store was still open? Tuesday: I received a call from them asking for my credit card information stating that they don’t fill prescriptions unless paid in advance. After confirming payment they told me the ointment would be delivered the same day and even let me choose a time frame between 1–5 PM.I waited the entire afternoon no delivery arrived. Wednesday: I followed up only to be told that while the delivery window was noted as 1–5 PM they had no record of what actual day it was scheduled for which makes no sense since they themselves confirmed Tuesday delivery and had already charged my card. I asked if I could just pick it up instead but they told me the ointment was still not ready and that I’d have to wait another hour for them to prepare it. How can a prepaid item promised for delivery the day before still not be prepared? I finally decided to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy but Tache Pharmacy refused to release it. Then suddenly they called me back saying the ointment was now available for pickup anytime a complete reversal from what they told me earlier when they said it wasn’t ready and I had to wait an hour. This was clearly a reaction to my transfer request not because the ointment was actually ready when I asked.

Very impressed with the service 👏👏 Kitkat and Trisha are always welcoming and ready to help! Pharmacist takes the time to explain everything clearly. They guide customers on what to do and make sure everything is ready.
