I can’t say enough good things about The Optical Store at Westwood Square Mall, especially Jojo. From the moment we walk in, she makes our family feel completely taken care of. She’s not just professional and knowledgeable, she genuinely cares about finding the perfect solution for each of our needs. Jojo goes above and beyond every single time, helps with every little detail, and makes the whole process completely smooth and easy. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, dedication, and kindness like she does. You can tell she truly values her customers and treats everyone like family. The rest of the team is fantastic too they are all friendly and helpful. Honestly, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our family’s eyewear needs.
