Our family has been under the care of Dr. Narayansingh for a couple of years now. He is clearly passionate about eye health, and that translates into thorough and considerate care for our family. We have referred two other families to him, including one with complex eye conditions, and they have also had very positive experiences. We have been loyal customers of Mississauga Vision Centre for several years! The customer service at this place is great! Today morning, I walked in with a broken glasses frame..it was not possible to repair the frame as the spring hinge on the side was broken. Alex helped me find a frame that fit my original lenses, and he adjusted the lenses in the new frame, so I could walk out with a functional pair of glasses! Thanks to Alex for thinking of a solution that avoided the headaches I would have experienced while waiting for new pair of glasses!

Both my husband and I have been under Dr. Melanie Datta-Bose’s care for almost a decade. Her professionalism, and the way she makes her patients feel comfortable, is truly outstanding! When she discovered that my husband had a retinal detachment, she immediately recognized the urgency. She personally called several hospitals and secured an appointment with a specialist at St. Michael’s Hospital within the hour. She followed up with a phone call the next day to check on him, which meant so much to us. I had a similar experience when she detected a retinal tear in my eye. She promptly referred me to a specialist and again followed up with a check-in call. We feel incredibly well cared for and have complete trust in her decisions. We are very grateful to have her as our doctor.
