I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Snore Shop. From the very beginning, the experience felt supportive and personal, not just clinical. Starting CPAP therapy can feel overwhelming, but they truly walk you through every step. Jael Ramsay is absolutely amazing, so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident with the equipment. Using the machine for the first time was a big moment for me, and knowing I had proper guidance made all the difference. Even after my first night, when I had questions about pressure changes, I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. And in just one day my AHI underwent a dramatic change, it improved so much! If you’re nervous about starting CPAP therapy, this is the place to go. They genuinely care about your progress and your health. Highly recommend! 🥰

I have been struggling with sleep for more than 10 years. I had tried everything from following a strict sleep routine to medication and nothing was helping enough for me to say I ever felt rested. I was told about the struggles with a condition called "sleep apnea" and was referred to "The Snor Shop" on Shediac Rd with Laura and Jael. I was tested on April 27th and I am now close to the end of the process with the wonderful ladies at the Snor Shop and their support, patience, guidance and availability has been beyond 5*. The process can be challenging but Laura and Jael encouraged me, met with me anytime I had a struggle or question and helped me immensely with finding the right face piece. If sleep is a struggle, a visit to the Snor Shop is definitely something to try.
