We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new ultramatic bed for my wife. Gary was extremely patient with us and was able to assist us in selecting the best bed to meet our needs. The bed arrived much earlier than expected, which was an added bonus. We will definitely recommend that our friends visit Gary at the showroom when they need to purchase moveable beds.

Bought a bed from this Company 2 years ago now .Rang them a month after purchase explaining the mattresses were so uncomfortable that we were unable to get a good night's sleep. No offer like just about every other mattress place to swap over. I was told they have pocket spring mattresses but that would set us back another 2500 dollars . Have sent a few emails to them but no response. All the promises in the world when they were trying to sell us the bed at the Royal Adelaide show but no follow through when it counted. Worst bed we have ever owned and the most expensive!!

We finally received our bed. Ultramatic went above and beyond to help us, since the bed we ordered was on back order, and my husband needed a bed due to his health issues. They brought up a bed to our new home in Wasaga Beach, so we had a place for him until the bed we bought and paid for could be delivered. The two gentlemen who delivered our bed today were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ultramatic for your support and kindness during this difficult time. Eileen and Lloyd Petersen
