BEWARE!!! Do Home Healthcare sells knock off products & don't stand by their products. I had the worst ever experience with them this week. I had bought 3 of the high end Theratherm heating pads. And they are all knock offs. Naim said their supplier tested one of them & so did he. And now this one is even more messed it up. Its just not getting warm though the digital shows 112 degrees Fahrenheit. Naim admitted he had to keep pressing on button several times to get the temp up. But cuz its fake. My authentic one that I have needs only one click to raise the temp and in 5-10 mins its at 65 degrees Fahrenheit and very warm & gives out moistness as it should. Compared my authentic box & digital box with this fake boxes & there are actual labels on the fake box showing the model & seriall #s. On the authentic box and the digital biox, they are no labels affixed. The #s are part of the boxes Naim said that they are the middle men & can't do more. Excuse me... This the lamest excuse! And cuz he is the "middle men", he can't refund me for these useless heating pads that were expensive. Will never go back & get duped again!

I can’t say enough good things about Naim and this store. Naim ordered the electric wheelchair I wanted and brought it to me. He showed me and my son all the ins and outs and made adjustments to be sure I was comfortable sitting on it. He even noted that the arms on my walker were at the wrong height and needed to be lowered. He was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I would definitely return to Do Home Health Care for further health needs,

My first time visiting and purchasing from DO HOME HEALTHCARE was Saturday June 20th 2026. I met a wonderful young Sales Representative, VENUS, who was more than 10/10 to deal with. Venus was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home giving me many options to help with my elderly Father. I will continue to shop ath DO HOME HEALTHCARE even though I live 45 minutes away!! WORTH THE VISIT!!! Thanks Russ
