I had a fantastic experience working with Trent. He was extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. What I appreciated most was his transparency—unlike many who are just chasing a sale, Trent took the time to walk me through the 'cautionary' details and practical realities of the equipment, not just the highlights. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and care. I highly recommend asking for him!

Went to this store to get a Eson 2 CPAP mask and head gear. The lady dealing with me seemed to be annoyed that I interrupted her day. She was not friendly, or customer service oriented in any way shape or form. I asked for a printed receipt with my name for my insurance and she was really put out and made a very big deal of how inconvenient it was for her to do that. This was 6 months ago. Today, I encounter the same lady and asked for just the seal part of the mask. She very discourtesly told me they do not sell just the seal. I asked why their website did & then she said they didn’t have any…..without even looking. Would not recommend this place for any of your CPAP supplies.
