Krunal is absolutely the most amazing pharmacist you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.. ..how many pharmacists make a delivery to a client after they close. Well, the day I had surgery, he did. He is always courteous, polite, helpful and so welcoming with, a big smile even when he is super busy, which is always. Fran is always there to give such great customer service. I personally enjoy the clearance deals in the shop and tend to buy them all lol hehe. I switched from a big chain, 6 years ago, when I moved to the west mountain. Since my family doc and physio, massage, osteo, lab, ear, is all in in the same building, and I haven't regretted it once. They deliver, they are open 6 days a week, and they are super easy to re-order your meds and direct bill too. They text you when it's ready. What more can you ask for. Switch to Westmount Pharmacy for all your pharmacy and medical needs. And they also compound meds, which I needed for my dogs anti-seizure meds, which was a huge lifesaver. All the staff are wonderful and helpful. If you want all the advantages of a modern pharmacy, with an old school feel and personal warm touch, that's local, then Westmount Pharmacy, Krunal is the one! A1+

My Mum's retirement home deals with this Pharmacy. They recently went above and beyond to get a medication delivered to her so that she could have it same night. The driver who delivers the meds had already left on his deliveries but after I called, the Pharmacy (Emily who was amazing) contacted him and he came back for my 97 yo Mum's meds to help her sleep. Thank you so much sometimes there are definitely angels along the way :)
