I have a very good experience with the SFI Medical Equipment Solutions. Alex is very good in communication and he has a great team. Very easy to deal with and act very quickly. When I gave them a call to get mom's bed fixed and sent the photo via email, they knew exactly what's wrong with the CS7 bed. Very knowledgeable! Then they sent Dr Nick, my brother Nelson called him the Dr as he fixed mom's bed. Dr Nick is very friendly, very knowledgeable, skillful, patient, very good communicator with a great social skills and sense of humor. I commended the entire group and rely on them for Mom's hospital bed. SFI is the number one in our mind when it comes to bed expertise. I wanted to give Alex, Dr Nick, Amy and the team with 6 stars 🌟 🤩 as we are very pleased. Beyond 5 stars experience! I hope everyone could share the same experience. Proud to be a client of SFI! My Mom was being released from rehab and wanted a hospital bed for home. SFI Medical was referred to us. My first contact, Rob, was so understanding and helpful, and was able to arrange for set up and delivery on very short notice. Scott, the owner of SFI Medical, made the delivery himself, along with Dawson. They called ahead to say they were earlier than the window given (how often does that happen?) and asked if that was ok. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. SFI Medical came through for us during a very stressful time. It means a lot when the owner, himself, wants to ensure the customer is happy. My Mom says she can sleep now knowing that the hospital bed has been set up by experts who know the equipment and that it was done so efficiently and with pleasure. Thanks Scott, Dawson, and Rob for your caring attitude and for your superior performance, and care.
