I have used Aaron Paramedical Services to transport an elderly aunt to several different appointments. These good people have been outstanding. My interactions with the front desk are always positive, prompt and helpful. Each of the drivers have been wonderful - thoughtful, kind, professional and attentive to her needs. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Was quoted over the phone and then when we received the bill they charged us double. When we asked them to look into it they basically called us liars and refused to refund us any money.

Not too long ago I had used Aaron Paramedical for a Medi-shuttle service to transport a 90plus year old neighbor of mine from home to a Care Facility. I found the dispatch staff who organized the trip for us very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The EMR that came with the Medi-shuttle was amazing. It was -40 wind shield factor and my poor neighbor got stuck on the outside chairlift. as it stopped midway down. The EMR was very helpful and kind. Given the circumstances and the emotional stress of having to leave his home I felt we were in the best hands from start to finish. I would recommend this company in a heart beat
