Choosing Mr. Walker to represent us in a very complicated and difficult case was the best decision we could have made. Without his guidance, advocacy, and support our family would’ve been left in an untenable situation with no way to effectively fight back. Mr. Walker listened to our situation without judgement and came up with a clear strategy of how to proceed. He calmly walked us through the entire process and always showed us that he was in our corner. When it came to the actual hearing, Mr. Walker was incredibly prepared and showed his impressive litigation skills as he flawlessly implemented his strategy. He effectively refuted all of their arguments and showed the panel why our case had merit. In the end we received a positive judgement in our favour thanks to Mr. Walker. We would highly recommend Mr. Walker and his legal team to anyone dealing with a difficult and potentially complicated situation. He made us believe… and, he got the results we needed.

Excellent probate and estates litigation lawyers. Mr. Walker helped me with a guardianship dispute in Toronto while I am located in Germany. It really helps to have a German-speaking lawyer explain the process and navigate Canadian and German legal systems in tandem. This year I went back to the same law firm because I am dealing with my divorce. Ms. Maria Bobila has represented me in my divorce and child custody matter. She is very knowledgeable at complex international family law cases dealing with divorces and The Hague Convention.
