Matthias was the fourth lawyer my mother and I met with when we were looking for an estate lawyer to draft her will. He was head and shoulders above the rest - physically in fact, but more importantly in terms of his knowledge and his ability to explain the various legal and financial aspects of the estate process. He took into account the relative degrees of understanding of my mother and myself and he was almost preternaturally patient with us. At no point did we ever feel we were being rushed out of the office; he gave us his full concentration and would even wait to make sure we had properly understood things and had no further questions before moving on. He responded to our emails quickly and always appeared calm and happy to take as much time as we needed, during our meetings and also afterwards. He was gracious and consistently pleasant. He took what had originally been a complicated and messy document and turned it into something streamlined and comprehensive. He didn't even raise the subject of fees until we pointedly asked him, and his fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Matthias.

I was referred to Matthias Duensing when purchasing a house; and his exemplary credentials were easy to find online. Matthias and the team at Duensing Law provided courteous, prompt and efficient service at each point of contact whether digital, by phone or in person. I found the documented information I received also demonstrated Matthias' committment to a smooth process and closing. The fees were clearly stated up front and are competitive compared to other firms. I highly recommend Duensing Law and would use their services again.
