If you hire mr. Scott you make sure he delivers what he charges for. My son paid around $ 40K for the council's help with the trial for custody battle and got zero of his help there. Mr. Scott spent hours with my son and whole afternoon with myself in addition (charging of course for that time) and did not use the info at the trial. My son would be better off representing himself in fight for his children than with Mr. Scott. Save your money, save your hope for someone else or represent yourself in court. Mr. Scott was no use in court, I was there heartbroken seeing him sitting in the chair without being well prepared for the job he was supposed to do and paid for. I have to add he paid back around 5% of his charges for lousy service but this is like a drop in the sea of water - financially and emotionally. Shame on you Mr. Scott..

Before this meeting, I felt that he was indifferent and not very engaged with my case. However, during this meeting, I saw that he had started to take action. As my lawyer, I expect him to provide clear guidance and work efficiently to resolve the matter without unnecessary delays.

Shawn, Kate & Christina were amazing support through an incredibly tough process. Shawn is honest about what to expect from a Judge which helped greatly with focusing on which aspects of the seperation agreement to focus on. Communication was timely and professional. The cost of the services were significantly less than what I expected due to concise meetings and communications. Although I would never wish a separation on anyone, I would recommend Shawn and his team to be in your corner.
