  Waited a month for an appointment here that I booked online, and just got back into town after a vacation to find messages telling me that the appointment had been canceled because there was no credit card on file. I beg your pardon? If you require this information to hold the appointment space, then why was this information not asked of me during the booking process, instead of wasting my valuable time? Will happily take my business elsewhere, how incredibly unprofessional. ETA after owner's response: Despite their own admission that they require an intake to be completed by administrative staff within 48 hours, this firm will wait almost a month, until just a few days before your appointment to call you, from a number that has a completely different business name, and will give your appointment away if you do not respond immediately. Faulting clients for your own ineptitude is wildly unprofessional. Happy to take my business (and my credit card number) to a firm that stands behind their service and prioritizes people over profit.

  This is definitely a resource for people who are not focused on the wellbeing of the child and are more focused on profiting off of party hostility. In a half an hour “consult” where I had been seeking a lawyer to enact an order enforcement, the consultant had interrupted me numerous times to make comments such as noting that I’m too agreeable with the other party and after only about 15 mins of talking told me that I actually need to apply for full custody or else I will lose my child ( this is not at all the case and was not a reasonable suggestion in this situation) Then at the 20 minute mark proceeds to remind me I only paid for a half an hour, and spent the rest of the consult trying to convince me to pay her $2500 for her to hire a third party to use AI to construct my paperwork. I mentioned my goal is to seek representation where she continued to try and convince me to self represent and kept mentioning prices and services I can hire her for while ignoring my concerns with her suggestions. I was given no payment agreement for this session, no invoice or receipt, this was not a lawyer and was an absolute waste of time and money.

  Teryl is absolutely amazing and compassionate. She has lots of experience and wisdom. She worked on my situation very effectively. Had my situation solved within a day.
