This physiotherapy office, run by a woman, continues to provide excellence through the treatments provided. My therapist, Erin, meets me wherever I am, authentically and has a gentle way of encouraging my work through this injury. She radiates a calm, knowledgeable and judgement free atmosphere and this is reflected through the rest of the clinic and staff. She takes her role very seriously and accurately sees me, wherever I am on any given day, and meets me there to guide my healing journey. I highly recommend her and this clinic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mark was kind, professional and made my daughter, Imani, feel so comfortable throughout the whole session. It got even better when both realized they were both left handed. Imani thought it was so cool that her physio therapist was left handed like she was :)

I've been attending Chartier Physio (Wilbrod location) following a motor vehicle accident, and I can't recommend them enough. I've had physiotherapy throughout my life and have worked with many excellent practitioners at great clinics, but I've never quite had an experience like this. My physiotherapist, Somnath, has helped improve my areas of concern within just a few months—more than any treatment I received prior to this injury. Somnath is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He always checks in before beginning any hands-on treatment, which makes me feel comfortable and safe during every session. I also appreciate that he takes the time to explain what's happening in my body. At the end of appointments, he often uses the clinic's skeleton model to show me exactly what he's doing to my neck and back, which helps me better understand my treatment and recovery. The entire team is welcoming, compassionate, and understanding. The clinic itself is clean, organized, and inviting, making every visit a positive experience. I'm very grateful for the care I've received here and would highly recommend Chartier Physio to anyone seeking physiotherapy in Ottawa.
