Mark is fantastic, really happy with his diagnosis and recommendations of foam rolling and load bearing exercises. And he’s a really nice guy, very thoughtful and considerate to make sure I’m always comfortable. Highly recommend Mark if you’ve got a running injury. 5 outta 5 stars!

The GLA:D programme at Chartier Physio was outstanding! The instructors were very attentive, supportive and personable. Pain can really affect one's mood, but my spirits felt lifted after each session. I also have new tools in my toolbox to help me manage my joint health, moving forward. Un gros merci; three thumbs up!

My experience was fantastic as a first time client of the Chartier clinic. My first contact with the clinic was super efficient, caring and pleasant. I was booked in the first spot available with the physiotherapist that had been recommended to me and who had expertise in treating shoulder injuries.. Karinne who coordinated the first appointment had promised to call me in case of an earlier spot came up and I was most pleased that she delivered on her promise. Karinne is a real asset for the clinic as not only efficient but also very pleasant. The treatment, guidance and caring approach of Teresa Gravelle was outstanding. I also liked the quiet environment of this small clinic nestled in the heart of Sandy Hill. I am looking forward to my follow up appointments and confident in speedy recovery.
