5 star service. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic in general, and Anjali in particular. My mom, Parvin, had a very difficult time recovering from her hip surgery. Her mobility was quite limited due to significant pain to a point that her family doctor was considering referring her back to orthopaedic surgery for re-operation. Her functionality and her overall health were significantly affected by all this. She started working with Anjali and within six sessions, she has had significant improvements. Pain is almost entirely gone, and her mobility and strength are continuing to improve. Anjali is kind, attentive and quite thorough in her approach. We feel so lucky that we were able to find her. Thank you so much Anjali and Lifemark team.

The physiotherapy sessions I received for lower back pain helped me both physically and mentally. The therapist, Yashika, was very thorough in her initial assessment, very knowledgeable in her recommended post-session exercises, and very professional in the actual hands-on therapy. I was sceptical when my doctor recommended physiotherapy, but I am now a believer. Coming away from the sessions feeling physically better also eased my mind, as it seemed to validate the doctor's diagnosis that the discomfort that I had been feeling was simply muscle pain and not something much worse.

He played a key role in my recovery and always took the time to explain each step of the treatment. I noticed real improvements and felt well cared for throughout the process.
