  Sonia and her crew cleared out my elderly parents home and garage/workshop of 60+ years of accumulated items that "might come in handy for something someday". The task seemed overwhelming and close to impossible within the family's needed time frame. Household and shop Items were sorted and organized. Sonia held several estate sales and remaining unsold items were donated to charity. Effort was made to keep items out of the landfill. Our family is grateful for the services provided by Cut the Clutter.

  I called to acquire her services. She gave me three days that she could show up. I said you pick the best one that suits your needs she didn’t show up on the last day that suited her needs she didn’t call and when I followed up all she did was tell me that she forgot and this was done on this last Saturday literally, April 18. I called today sorry I texted today and inquired because it was now after 5 PM. When was she going to call me to come by and look at the items I want her to sell she didn’t like my tone of voice and said she didn’t want my money for her services. I said well I’m just following up regarding the services that you said you could provide that you didn’t and I didn’t pay for any, but you didn’t even provide the ones that you said you could in order to be paid so I would highly avoid this lady in this company because if it doesn’t suit her timetable and she happens to forget it’s your fault not hers. I think she’s got issues and I would steer clear of this company or this. Whatever you wanna call it steer clear don’t don’t bother spending your money here. Luckily I didn’t because they couldn’t even show up when they said they were gonna show up. I gave them a Wednesday Thursday sorry they gave me a Wednesday Thursday or Saturday date. I said whatever date suits your schedule best they said Saturday the third one the third latest and they couldn’t even show up or call to say that they weren’t even gonna show up so what does that tell you about these people Not my type of people I want to be employing thank you very much

  Got my items, the box had a hole in it and a controller from my lot was taken. No resolution was found because they do not insure the items they send out, not even for the extra 2 dollars for the $100 coverage. If you get your items shipped from here, beware.
