I cannot say enough about how wonderful Sonia and her team are. During an exceptionally painful season with my Dad’s illness and then passing, Sonia was a rock for our family. She helped my parents declutter their home, had an incredible handyman (Kevin) come and finish my parent’s basement and do much needed repairs throughout their home. When my mom’s house sold Sonia was to our rescue again providing an excellent mover. With my mom moving 14 hours north with me the items that weren’t coming with her stayed so Sonia could try and sell them for us. Not only did she do two estate sales, whatever didn’t sell she donated. She then had a cleaning crew come and clean Mom’s house top to bottom ready for the new owners. We are eternally grateful for Sonia. What she accomplished and made happen for us was above and beyond. 5 stars isn’t enough for everything she does. I highly recommend Cut The Clutter you cannot get better service - she’s the BEST!

BEWARE - I have to file a stolen property report with the RCMP for Sonia. Several months ago she took possession of clothing and a very expensive LV handbag from me. For months she has avoided me, sent texts saying ' i was in mexico' or ' i am behind, i'll do it today.' 6 months later, the items have not been returned and she has not paid me. The designer goods have been stolen and she has completely ghosted me. UPDATE TO HER RESPONSE: Sonjia, you were given a Gucci Bag, Prada and Valentino Dresses.... Last i checked they were not worth 0$. You ghosted me for months on end, you kept saying you would bring me the money, which you did not do and they suddenly... the items never sold. OBVIOUSLY i would want my designer gear back if you were giving me NOTHING for it!!!!! Where is it now??? Why have you not returned it? The only item you have now returned is the 1 LV bag, ONLY after* the RCMP were called and the google review was left. When are you returning the rest? DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN ANY OF YOUR GOODS! For any new clients please feel free to contact me for proof of all text messages, I was CONNED!!!!

Sonia and her crew cleared out my elderly parents home and garage/workshop of 60+ years of accumulated items that "might come in handy for something someday". The task seemed overwhelming and close to impossible within the family's needed time frame. Household and shop Items were sorted and organized. Sonia held several estate sales and remaining unsold items were donated to charity. Effort was made to keep items out of the landfill. Our family is grateful for the services provided by Cut the Clutter.
