I also had same issue. I won a bid and then got a notice that said they cancelled my bid and gave it someone else. I asked why and they said I did not answer my phone when they called supposedly after the auctions was closed. I checked my cell phone log and never received a call from them. They are very dishonest or impatient, do not know which. Will never do business with them again.

Technically, I bid under my wife’s account but I have come with her for many pick ups. I have come to appreciate the great services of Maureen and her staff at the estate sales. Always polite and helpful. Great quality buys.
