My wife and I met with Anthony Galasso on April 1, 2026, to prepare our wills. After hearing nothing, I contacted the office on April 28 for an update. We did not receive a call back. On May 29, having still received no communication, we contacted the office again and were advised that Anthony would call us back. He never did. During our initial meeting, we explained that my wife is living with cancer and that completing our wills was an urgent matter for our family. More than two months have now passed without any drafts, updates, or communication regarding our file. After receiving no response from Anthony, I escalated the matter directly to the owner of the firm, requesting that our file be reassigned to another lawyer or, alternatively, closed. My email has now gone unanswered for three business days. What makes this particularly frustrating is that during those same three business days, the firm has responded publicly to multiple Google reviews from other clients while our email remains unanswered. Since the firm likes to reply promptly to Google reviews, perhaps the firm can use its response to this review to explain what happened to our file and why repeated attempts to obtain an update have gone unanswered. At this point, we have lost confidence in the firm’s ability to handle our matter and will be seeking legal representation elsewhere.
