This company has gone downhill and outsourced agents. Their customer service is disorganized and extremely slow. I asked to change reps to a new city and they had me find one! Still waiting for a refund after being overcharged 2 months ago, endless emails and phone calls with the run around. Luckily I don't have a claim after 20 yrs of payments, have switched companies.

I found the electronic Fast & Full investment application process to be very convenient and efficient. The instructions were clear, and each step was easy to follow. I especially appreciated being able to complete and sign the application electronically, which saved time and eliminated the need for printing and mailing documents. The process was straightforward, secure, and user-friendly.

Terrible customer service. I spoke with a Laura, and Lauren who both were very rude for no reason. I hope Empire Life listens to the calls their customer care team is taking because it does not look good for their business as a whole.
