  *Over promise, under deliver* We hired Enviropure to come and try and remediate a home that had been heavily smoked in for over a decade and with heavy animal smells. After providing them details, floorplans, and a scope of work, we were given a quote that seemed reasonable. I was told that every single hard surface would be scrubbed down multiple times and every nook and cranny where smoke residue could be hiding would be taken care of, in addition to a “thorough” duct cleaning that “meets various health standards” (see images of after their duct cleaning), an Ozone machine treatment, and a guaranteed animal urine treatment. A few days before the work began, we were asked for a walk through by one of their staff. After the walk through, we received a “more accurate” quote that DOUBLED in price. Being so close to the start of work date, we ultimately decided to go ahead with the work regardless of the significant cost increase. After their first round of work was completed, we were somewhat pleased that some of the smell seemed to have gone away. A few days later all smells had returned, therefore we asked them to come back, which they did. After “completing” their work, we began noticing many things that were missed. Dust and smoke residue on window frames, inside of cabinets, on electrical outlet and switches, floor and wall grills, etc etc… the list goes on. A few days later after continuing to smell smoke and urine odors coming from our ductwork, we decided to hire a duct cleaning company to come and do another duct cleaning, and the images they showed us were disappointing to say the least (images attached). The duct cleaning technicien said it was the worst he’s seen in 11 years on the job. Finally, I was also told by a contractor we had on site that Enviropure never did the ozone treatment. Enviropure should absolutely be ashamed of this project and their promises that fell far short of expectations. In addition, to claim their “duct cleaning” meets various standards is an absolute lie. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  I had my ducts cleaned by Enviropure today and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The team arrived on time, was professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. Not only does this improve air quality, but I can already tell it will help with the performance of my heating and cooling system. Highly recommend!

  We have tried a few different cleaning services over the past five years and always ended up disappointed until we found Enviropure! Their cleaning teams come in every two weeks and they are always extremely thorough and friendly. We are in a very large fully carpeted apartment and they take great care working around our many possessions. If on a rare occasion something gets missed, Jessica is amazingly responsive and supportive and we always end up happy. We even referred them to our dearest friends and they are equally impressed. (Oh! And our two rescue kitties love every single team member! That’s a great vote of trust)
