Junk Ninja is well-suited for seniors managing downsizing, moving, or clearing years of accumulated items. The crew does all the heavy lifting, loading, and removal from any location in your home (basement, attic, garage), so you don't have to move items to the curb or handle the physical work yourself. They offer estate cleanouts and are fully licensed and insured, protecting you in case of accidental damage.
Pricing is transparent and based on truck space used (from single items at $135 to full truck at $719), with free on-site quotes provided before work begins. The team offers flexible booking, same-day or next-day service when available, and 2-hour arrival windows. Items are hand-sorted for donation to local charities and schools or recycled before disposal, supporting community and environmental responsibility.

The admin team responded immediately to a web form question and I was able to book clean up for the next day. The team who came were helpful and efficient and the job (basically a full load of storm damage) was completed quickly. The pricing was excellent, especially when comparing the load volume with other options. Highly recommended.
