I had a bad swelling on my ankle that wasn't able to be treated with physiotherapy and I was able to get an appointment at this clinic and since my first visit I was relieved to know that there was a treatment that can be done to my ankle, on my second visit I started my treatment and I started to feel the difference by the third visit my ankles swelling was down to minimal and I was able to walk without pain. Now I can walk without pain and my ankle hasn’t swell again. Thank you! Dr. Chaudhry did an excellent job treating my bunion and correcting the alignment of my feet. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Chaudhry was thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the whole process. The staff at the Foot and Ankle Wellness Centre were accommodating and extremely helpful when booking appointments, which made everything smooth and stress-free. As a parent, I am very mindful of how professionals support children—especially when it comes to anxiety, trust, and communication. Our experience at the Foot and Ankle Wellness Centre has been exceptional from start to finish. My daughter had two ingrown toenails that required procedures, and she experiences significant anxiety. From our first visit in spring 2025 through to her final follow-up in April 2026, the care she received was consistently patient, gentle, and respectful. What stood out most was how intentionally the team supported her emotional needs. They explained everything in a way she could understand, gave her time to ask questions, and never rushed her when she felt overwhelmed. They created a calm, supportive environment that helped her feel safe during both appointments and procedures. They were also very thoughtful in their treatment approach, working to save as much of her toenail as possible while still addressing the issue effectively. The healing process was clearly explained, and we always felt informed and supported. While this was a difficult experience, my daughter now looks back on it mostly positively, which really speaks to the care she received. I’m very grateful to the entire team for not only providing excellent medical care, but for helping my daughter navigate a challenging experience with confidence and support.
