  Do NOT use this “company”!!! My Mom has had 2 appointments with them at her ALF. I am yet to receive her receipts to be able to submit to her benefit provider. I have left several voice messages, sent emails and never get a response. The one time Lori actually answered the phone she promised me that the receipts would be emailed to me the next day. I’m still waiting. I have filed a formal complaint with my Mom’s ALF, and will be with the Province.

  I have booked two seperate appointments with this company. The night before each one I received a call confirming earlier appointment times. When I advised the correct times I was told that the earlier times were better for the person providing the service. Even though I told them no to change of time, the first appointment they still showed up approximately 30 minutes early and were already working on my father's feet when I got there even though I told them I have to be there as he has dementia!

  Very poor service. Have never had them arrive at the scheduled time. The first time I had to call to find out if they were coming as they were a hour late. Lori was running late but no phone call to say this. The last time she did not show up at all for scheduled appointment with NO phone call. Then I attempted to reach them on phone 2-3 times with no response or call back. My mom is 94 and needs me present so I end up waiting while she gets upset at the wait.
