He is always organized, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, especially when we have last-minute or complex pack-move- unpack moves. ❤️❤️ His professionalism and dedication make everything seamless and stress-free. We also want to recognize Stephanie, Dirk, and the entire team. Every staff member we’ve worked with has been patient, kind, and respectful, especially when assisting our senior residents. I highly recommend Genie Senior Services! They were super helpful in the move from a condo to an assisted living space. Stephanie came to our place, explained the process, provided an estimate and we happily agreed. Three young men showed up on moving day and swiftly and carefully wrapped up the furniture for transport and unpacked at the new place. It was seamless. They hung the artwork too! As stressful as downsizing and moving can be ... they made it comfortable and easy. And ... the bill was even a bit less than the estimate. 👍👍... two thumbs up and five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟... thanks for the awesome service!
