My in-laws used Genie Senior Services for a declutter and move earlier this year. The team for both were caring, thorough and efficient. The company obviously strives to provide quality services. Having the decluttering, packing, moving and unpacking services paired together was SO helpful and saved SO much work for my parents and family. The pricing for all that was more than fair (and honestly came in a bit lower than we predicted!) Highly recommend!

Contacted Genie Senior Services for a unique situation. We had to pkan a move for my wifes mother from the hospital to a senior facility .. destnation and moving date unknown as yet. Genie worked with us and committed to a short notice. We received 2 day notice from the hospital. Genie responded as promised. Move successfully completed, and under estimated cost. Well done. 5 plus stars

I recently used Genie for a move to rural Alberta. I moved out of a 3rd floor walk up with 6 flights of stairs. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Elliot who packed my condo was meticulous, logical and a pleasure to work with. Wesley and his crew moved my furniture with care and consideration. Damian, who coordinated everything and provided our quote was so understanding about all the shifts and changes that can happen last minute when you are buying and selling property. His thoughtfulness and ability to pivot made a very stressful situation manageable. I would highly recommend this team if you need to move and especially if you are a senior. 10 Stars!!!!
