Excellent professional service! Highly recommend. Brian was our driver while escorting my sweet Mom from Independent living retirement home to long term care in her wheelchair. All went well for our trip, with friendly energy.

If I could give Goldsmith Medical Transport more than five stars, I would. Trevor was absolutely outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. Transporting a loved one in a fragile state can be stressful, but Trevor made us feel safe and confident every step of the way. Darcy was also wonderful—thoughtful, caring, and attentive. Together, they provided exceptional service and treated my father with dignity, kindness, and respect. I highly recommend Goldsmith Medical Transport to anyone needing medical transportation for a loved one. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion they demonstrated was truly remarkable. Trevor picked me up after surgery at the Montfort hospital and took me home on this steaming hot day. I was in a wheelchair and also had a walker to bring and he handled it all with professionalism and kindness. He even went out of his way to take me first to pay a hospital bill before leaving, which was immensely appreciated. The classical music and cheerful conversation on the drive home helped calm me down from a very stressful day. I can’t emphasize enough how helpful it is to have this kind of service, especially when you’re alone, in pain and scared. Thank you, Trevor, and Goldsmith- you provide a gold star service!
