The Centre openly welcomes its members to wonderful community based activities- from exercise classes and individual programmes to special interest courses to healthy affordable meals. It is a volunteer driven, staff supported group. I have participated and volunteered for four years. Great people, great fun, great atmosphere. Thank you.

Good Companions has been a Godsend after my stroke and recovery. Kind and helpful staff assisting my cognitive challenges. Delicious, healthy meals delivered which helped my no longer driving a car. Their transportation for my healthcare appointments especially with Terry as a driver were phenomenbal, i.e. reliable, punctual, safe, a social outing and he4 with his encyclopedia knowledge on Ottawa

I'm so thankful to be living in Ottawa and being a member of this wonderful organization. They provide help to seniors who are in need of services such as transportation, grocery shopping, activities, exercise programs , social gatherings and many more. Because of them, I am able to remain in my home. This Thanksgiving is the best time to thank the whole team and let them know how grateful I am♥️
