Very responsive and professional on the phone. Booking was easy and very accommodating. The guys that arrived were knowledgeable friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. I’m They even did a gutter repair ! Highly recommend!

This was our 1st time using Gutter-Vac Home Services and I was very pleased with the Customer Experience! Natalie who works on their office was very pleasant to deal with and answering all my queries. From my initial call, I had a technician attend at my residence the very next day. Soon after, I received by text/email a detailed quote for cleaning the gutters and moss removal/treatment on the roof. The quote was reasonable and also clearly showed the scope of the work to be done and the applicable warranties for all work done. From the front office staff Natalie to all the technicians who attended at my premises, I was very pleased with the level of service (prompt, courteous, and professional). Please relay my thanks to all your staff for a job well done and treating me like a valued customer!
