I can't say enough how Grateful I am to be to have found HCCBT. There team of Therapist are all excellent and well established in there respected specialized field. I have been working with Christina Z for over 6 month now with CBT. CBT has completely changed my life.. my mind set and out look on life...I now have the Tools in my mental tool mental box to deal with life challenges daily now. If anyone is willing to put in the Hard work to make real life style changes to better one self ..Than HCCBT is the place to start looking. With regards to the other reviews/comments having to wait to hear back HCCBT is unfortunately. I also had to wait to hear back for a response for appointment. It was only a few days before I was called back as I was put on a waiting list for serval months too. I also reached out to few other therapist with no calls back or not taking any new clients at all or with wait list as well. I was realistic when looking for a therapist. After Covid 19 experience with mental health fall out. It was excepted that there would be a lot of people looking for mental health Help in there own way. I hope this review Helps Some one as it worth the wait as patience is need in this instant world we live in now at times.

Not sure why they have a contact number on here when I've called it multiple times over a long period of time and no one has ever answered. Same with sending them an email through the website. Clearly you need to hire more people to cope with this demand.

It is extremely disappointing and infuriating to not receive any sort of response, any sort of courtesy from this office for 12+ business days. I called the office three weeks ago but only a recorded message providing a general inquiry email was heard. I emailed that email address and got an automated reply devoid of any sort of relevant information. No reply. I used their online form on their website a week later (so 2 weeks ago). No reply. I emailed their email again last Friday. No reply.
