  I had a wonderful experience. From the very first appointment I felt supported, understood and genuinely cared for. I noticed a real improvement in my mental health even after the first session, which gave me hope and confidence to continue. After completing the course of therapy I feel much more balanced, optimistic and better equipped to manage my emotions and challenges. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism, compassion and quality of care I received.

  Avoid Alexandra Froese unless you want to be insulted. I poured my heart out to her and told her what I was looking for in a therapist, and she said that I used AI to help me (which I did NOT - good writing happens to run in my family). Her bio states she is a “safe space” and no judgment, yet in five minutes I felt very judged and unsafe. People like her should not be in the mental health field. Disgusting and unprofessional.

  I've had a great experience. It's hard to find a counsellor who can be knowledgeable and real at the same time, and so glad I found it here. I feel supported and cared for, thanks so much! The space feels safe and comfortable too, always appreciate the plants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for counselling.
