I’ve been seeing Maya for a few months and she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s helped me navigate through some of my most challenging moments through patience, insights and genuine care. I’m truly grateful to have found her - she has become my go-to-person whenever I need safe space to work through things. 😊

Ive gone to other psychologists in the past but there's something different about Maya. She is quick to get to know, and understand the REAL you. She helped me in 2018 and I have recently started seeing her again for a different issue and she remembered me. She makes me feel really safe; safe to speak up, safe to get angry and safe to cry. She is very easy to speak to, she truly listens and she validates your feelings. She is compassionate, and very supportive. If she has to, she will tell it like it is but in such a way that makes you understand the other side, while still supporting the feelings you have. At times, I have difficulty articulating my feelings but every time, she knows exactly what I'm trying to say. Talking to Maya is truly a benefit to me, she was made to be a psychologist and I'm glad I found her.

From the very first session, it was evident that Maya possesses an exceptional level of insight, proficiency, and intuition in her field, a very wise soul. She demonstrated an uncanny ability to create a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space, allowing me to open up and express my thoughts and emotions freely and in most cases see life events from a completely different perspective.
