Without a doubt the best physio experience I've had. Karen worked on an injury in my hand. She clearly explained everything she was seeing and I saw results almost immediately. Friendly and helpful front desk staff as well.

I had an incredible experience with Karen at Lifemark Physiotherapy following a concussion from an MVA. My rehabilitation and transition back to school were really challenging, but Karen made such a difference. She took the time to truly understand how I was feeling at each stage, especially on days when my symptoms were at their worst. She was always encouraging while still being realistic, and provided me with a wide range of tools and resources that made my recovery feel manageable. What really stood out is how much she genuinely cares. She created a supportive environment where I actually looked forward to my appointments, which says a lot during a difficult recovery. The clinic itself is very clean, quiet, and calming, which made a big difference during concussion treatment. I’m so grateful for Karen’s support and would highly recommend her, especially for anyone going through concussion recovery.
