If you’re looking for a “cheap” lawyer, then don’t go here. If you’re looking for a fair, affordably-priced lawyer that will provide you with a very high quality of overall service, then I can’t recommend Lopatka Law enough. I originally retained Phil because a good friend told me that he was one of the few lawyers who gave him the time of day with a slightly more complex real estate purchase. My purchase (private sale) was less complicated, but I still valued the diligence and quality of service I received. If I had a question or document to submit, I always had a reply from them within a few hours. They would also be sure to review the documents I submitted carefully and provide me with specific items to fix if needed. This ensured that I could manage my responsibilities in a timely manner amidst my busy schedule while also having full confidence that the process was proceeding forward as smoothly as I could reasonably expect. I will definitely be returning to Lopatka Law for any future real estate transactions.

Reached out to them as I needed help setting up my corporation to do business in Alberta. I have very little to no knowledge on what to and where to even begin. Philip was very knowledgeable and patience in explaining what needs to be done. He took time and effort in helping me out and did not even charge me for it! I really appreciate your help. Would recommend him to anyone!
