Unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from Matthew Feehan over a phone call to reschedule my appointment with him - it was with more than 48 hours notice. I had previously used his services for my will, personal directive, and POA a few years ago. I recall it being an okay interaction during the appointment. As life circumstances have changed I now need to update those documents with a new set. On this recent phone call, he questioned why I wanted to reschedule, pushed to keep the appointment after I gave my reason why (as important and sensitive as these documents are, I found I needed more time to go over the contents of them). He proceeded to say he would now be hard pressed to fill the slot I cancelled. When I let him know that I didn’t appreciate feeling pressured by him to keep the appointment he then said it was disrespectful of me to want to reschedule. ?! I will not be using his services this time around. And I want to caution others to question the quality of service provided by this lawyer after reading my review on this very odd and unnecessary interaction with him, especially with important life documents requiring an empathetic touch.

Matthew is an absolute gem. He went above and beyond in getting my brother’s documents in order before risky medical treatments. He is calm, professional and treats you like a family member. Honestly, didn’t know this kid of service still existed. Highly recommend.

Matthew helped me with my mom’s probate. He was very professional and thorough. He explained everything and all the steps that were going to happen. He even went to the original lawyer who did the will and corrected it.I would recommend him highly, very professional. Thank you Matthew.
