Just had my first appointment at Milton Orthotic & Wellness Centre and it was great. The team is super welcoming and they really took the time to explain how everything works, so I felt comfortable right away. The space is professional and clean—definitely a solid spot if you're looking for expert care in town.

Very, very, VERY impressed with Milton Orthotics! I've been coming here for years and they've been so thorough with making sure the orthotics and footwear are working well and helping. My back pain has been sooo much better since wearing their custom orthotics! Thank you so much again!

After a few weeks of light use, my very expensive custom sole inserts fell apart. Wished I had shopped around more. This place does not offer custom made shoes only the inserts. Inserts range from $400-$650. They direct bill to insurance so that's good. Initial assessment took 28 minutes, and they said it would be ready in 2 weeks, however my inserts took well over a month to arrive. When I went to pick them up and get them fitted, the employee working there had no idea what to do. He nearly ripped apart my branded sneakers saying that he needed to remove the insoles when they weren't removable. I then provided him advice and asked if he had a size 9 template that he could align them to so I could interchange the inserts with other shoes if I had to. He did not, he ended up cutting them pretty roughly with scissors, and they still weren't to size. Pretty amazed that I paid several hundreds of dollars and they couldn't provide me something better. Will shop around next time or stick to Dr. Scholl's.
