I called due to an issue with my washer. It was 4:30 pm on a Friday. I asked about available times for someone to come out and was able to have Mike come out within an hour. In half of that time he had assessed, taken apart, and replaced a broken part on my washing machine. He was fascinating to watch how precise and just detailed he was in his work. And how quick. So impressed!!!! Great job Mike!!! Thank you!!!!

Mike was excellent. Our fridge suddenly stopped cooling and he was able to give us a same-day appointment. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue — ice buildup was blocking the internal airflow due to lack of maintenance and dust accumulation. He cleaned the system thoroughly and got everything working again in no time. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Mike for appliance repairs.
