Didn’t need the repair per se but first time I had to reschedule they came the second time and the washer turned right on like nothing was wrong . I should mention that my washer quit and wouldn’t power one. We rescheduled again but if my washer continued to work fine ther was no need for service Curtis was my tech super awesome guy. Knew his stuff was honest and I felt trustworthy also gave some insight which I didn’t know about on washers and dryers also some preventive maintenance also I wasn’t aware of So all in all this only place I’ll call for service if appliances they won’t rip you off or try to scam you just good old school honest values who put the people they help first

The service tech was excellent - fast, efficient, clearly knew what he was doing. And they were very effective in sourcing the last remaining control board in Canada for my 18year old fridge, which I hugely appreciate. My only complaint is that the communication from the office staff is poor - they often didn’t follow up, and I had to call them three times any time I wanted to get an update. They also forgot ti send the part with the tech on the first appointment which was a huge waste of time for both of us. Still, the tech was great and I’d use them again as long as I’m not in a rush.

I was very happy with the overall service - from the initial chat with Christina to the diagnostics done by Andrii. Both were helpful, forthright and honest. Andrii took the time to thoroughly explain all the issues with my appliances and the choices I had - I really appreciated this. Moreover, I did ask for a specific time window which was met exactly:)
