My second visit at this location for my half hour appointment. I waited 10 minutes before having to get up and ask receptionist if it’s a normal practice for them to be late. She took me in the room and a minute later the therapist came in who apologized and mentioned that she wasn’t aware I was here. I had already lost over 15 minutes of my appointment and I really needed to be seen and have so relief from the pain. She offered a complimentary treatment which I declined as I am not very happy with how they work around their time. Accountability goes a long way. Also, it literally says at the front desk to come 5 minutes before to receive full care.

I’ve had chronic knee pain for years, but Sheila at Pure Life physiotherapy was absolutely amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my recovery. They took time assessing my injury, not just the symptoms. Within a weeks of theraphy and a customized exercise routine, my mobility improved. Highly recommend for their expertise and dedication

I have so far had a great experience at pure life 96th ave with May, my PT who does a massage focused therapy and Alex who works on active rehab with me. They are both professional, well spoken, on time, and always focused on the best patient care. I dont have any complaints so far. The front desk staff are equally delightful and polite. I recommend! +++
