Today was my first visit to Reactive Physiotherapy and I must say that I was very impressed. Tamara is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very helpful. I really appreciated her understanding and respect for my physical limitations when designing an exercise plan for me.

Meghan is a thoughtful and encouraging therapist. She runs a GLAD class and is very helpful; ie slight modifications of exercises to get the most out of the therapy. I have gotten significantly stronger and more confident about my failing knee. I have also observed a kind commitment to everyome in the class

I saw Tamara for about 2 months and not only was she so knowledgeable but she never made me feel silly for asking questions or not knowing things. She made me feel comfortable every single session and has amazing communication. She helped me with an injury that was really hard for me to navigate emotionally so she always let me rant and never diminished any small thing. Honestly loved my time with her and miss seeing her 2 times a week! 10/10 would recommend coming here and especially seeing my girl Tamara
