Been seeing Carmen for quite amount of years. So glad I was introduced to her. She is a very good counselor. She makes me feel at ease, not judged. . I've seen other counselors but Carmen is the best one see/seen. Can't thank her enough for all the help she has given to me

Carmen Okhmatovski is very kind, and knowledgeable. My Mom and I had a difficult relationship, and we'd been to several therapists in the past. It was always a slow grueling process with others, but working with Carmen, it was a breath of fresh air. My Mom made more progress in just a few sessions with Carmen than she had with all the others combined. And for me, Carmen has a plan to help me cope with the difficulties of this relationship. I highly recommend her.

I was on a two month waiting list for Adina Laksar for therapy, I was the one who had to reach out to see where I was on the waitlist after the two months. Adina took 5 days to reply to my email saying that her practicum was ending soon so she can no longer take me on as a client - even though she stated two months she would be able to see me. I was specifically looking for a sliding scale and Adina was an option, she did say I can see her after her practicum but with no sliding scale so I wasted two months where I could’ve been seeing someone else or at least be on a waitlist with someone who keeps their word. I emailed her back March 20th, respectful but you can tell I was upset and it is March 27th and no reply. Very unprofessional that she doesn’t reply to her emails when I reached out for help. This was my first experience with finding therapist and I didn’t expect it to be so frustrating.
