  As someone who was previously employed by SB LLP, I already knew the calibre of people who work there and the level of care they provide to their clients. However, experiencing that care firsthand as a client was something entirely different. After I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in March 2025, Jennifer immediately made sure I was connected with Peter Quansah Jr. to assist with my claim. Looking back, the entire experience felt as though it was guided by a higher power. At a time when I was dealing with pain, uncertainty, and the stress that follows an accident, I was placed in the hands of a team that genuinely cared. From our first conversation, Peter was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. What impressed me most was what I didn't see.   This review is LONG over due but speaks to how much of a lasting impact Peter Quansah Jr. made. I was in a MVA in December 2021 and began working with Peter immediately after as he was highly recommended by a friend. My claim took YEARS to come to a close and Peter was by my side the whole time. He advocated for me to ensure I got the physiotherapy treatment I needed, mental health support, and whatever else I needed. He handled EVERYTHING and anything involving my claim including the communication with the involved parties so I could just focus on getting better. Peter kept me fully updated on everything, and when I expressed to him that even if there was no news every 90 days I would love a “no notes update” and he was more than happy to ensure that I was provided with that so I could continue to have my peace of mind. When it came down to us in a last round of negotiations before the choice of settling out of court or going to trial Peter was managing a family emergency but instead of getting another member of his team to assist he still cut time out to advocate for me (as he said he knew not only my case but myself best) and fight to ensure that I got the full compensation I was entitled to. This was almost a year ago and Peter’s name is still first thing out of my mouth whenever anyone asks who knows a lawyer. You are not only taken care of as a client but also a person with Peter.
