My first time using Tip Top Trough to clean my overflowing eavestroughs & I am thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. I received a written detailed quote shortly after contacting them through their website. Pablo & Jonathan arrived on time & did a thorough & excellent job cleaning my eavestroughs. They were very professional, friendly & efficient & left everything spotless. I will definitely use Tip Top Trough again for future cleanings & I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Tip Top Trough from start to finish and would highly recommend them. We first reached out for a cleaning and inspection. From the very first interaction the team was responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. They answered all our questions, gave us a clear quote and scheduled us quickly. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional, walked us through everything and did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. The inspection report and follow-up estimate were honest and thorough. I took my time reviewing everything and asking a lot of questions and they were patient and helpful throughout. When I came back to them weeks later ready to move forward, they honoured the original quote without hesitation. The installation crew was again on time, professional and friendly. When things came up on the day they communicated clearly, found solutions that worked perfectly for us and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how they approached the downspout routing. They asked about our specific concerns, shared their thinking and came up with solutions that looked great and worked great. The whole system is so much more efficient now and water is being directed well away from the house. Highly recommend Tip Top Trough. You will be in great hands.

Tip Top Trough is fortunate to have a crew of dedicated installers. The team of Vargas, Luis and Kike worked diligently at installing our house’s eavestroughs and downspouts. They organized themselves as a team and worked hard at adjusting the needed changes to address our house’s irregularities. The men focused through the high heat of the day and continued to complete the job with pride. As the job progressed, they consulted to confirm any changes that were requested and took the time to answer any of my questions with knowledge and consideration. Vargas, Luis and Kike were outstanding in their work ethics and completed the installation with expertise. Thank you very much gentlemen. We would like to thank Shantal for her organization of the whole project. She kept us informed, listened to our concerns, suggested alternatives and worked it out so professionally . We would definitely recommend Tip Top Trough as the company to update your house needs. Thank you all.
