  Dr Jeff Sciberras is a very thorough personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor. Even though he is extremely busy he takes the time to explain things to his patients. . My entire family goes to Dr Jeff Sciberras and we are very happy. His office staff are great and pleasant. If I could give him more than five stars i would. I would recommend Dr Jeff to anyone.   Dr. Jeff Sciberras is a wonderful optometrist, friendly, polite and most importantly very caring. I feel comfortable in his presence as he genuinely listens to my concerns and does the necessary tests accordingly. Additionally, his staff are professional and efficient in performing pre-checkup tests. For the many years I have been seeing Dr. Sciberras, he always makes the effort to compare prior years results to recent ones so as to make an effective diagnosis of issues that may arise later on , which is exactly what I need because of my age and history of glaucoma in my family. I am grateful for his diligence and will continue to see him for years to come.

  I was a patient at this clinic for over four years. I have always trusted the optometrist’s clinical knowledge, but unfortunately my experiences with customer service, flexibility, and overall bedside manner have been disappointing. I had a Saturday appointment scheduled for 9:00 a.m. To avoid bringing my 5-month-old and 2-year-old, I arranged childcare. At 8:30 a.m., my babysitter let me know she was running late, so I called the clinic right away. I explained that I could still come, but I would likely be about 20 minutes late as I would now need to get both children ready and bring them with me. Anyone with young kids understands that this can take time. The receptionist told me she would check with the doctor and call me back. I did not receive a return call. Later, I was contacted by a different receptionist who informed me I owed a $99 missed-appointment fee. I absolutely understand that missed appointments are inconvenient for any practice. However, I had called in advance, this has never happened before, and my long history as a reliable patient did not seem to be taken into consideration. A one-time courtesy or some flexibility for a parent of young children would have gone a long way. I was also told I could not rebook until the fee was paid. After two days, I received another email from reception and a separate message from the optometrist requesting that the fee be e-transferred within 24 hours. Given how the situation was handled, I have decided not to return to the clinic and did not pay the invoice. A few weeks later, I began receiving calls and letters from a collections agency regarding the charge. This is slander and now harassment. Other aspects of the clinic that made me uncomfortable included repeated pressure to purchase vitamins, which I later found available online at lower prices. I also witnessed occasions where staff were spoken to abruptly in front of patients, which felt unprofessional. I have since transferred my care elsewhere and am now with a provider where I feel respected and treated with understanding, especially as a postpartum mom with very young children.
