Had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The eye care was exceptional, with a lot of attention to detail and genuine care for all of the appointment. I really appreciated how attentive and thorough it was. Highly recommend!

This clinic claimed they would see my toddler who has autism, but when we arrived they made us wait an hour and we had to leave because the wait was so difficult, we didn't end up seeing the doctor. It's completely unreasonable to claim to support kids with special needs and have absolutely no sense of accommodation for their needs. They had no toys in the waiting room, did not inform us they were behind on the schedule, and acted like we were crazy when we inquired about the time. As though it's reasonable to expect an autistic 3 year old to wait in an empty room for an hour.

I don't recommend coming here if you have a child with autism or otherwise is not capable of waiting a full hour after their appointment time to see someone. It's extremely easy to tell parents to come 45 minutes or an hour later. Not all children are capable of waiting for an hour before an appointment which itself may be emotionally difficult for them even without the wait.
